Have you ever experienced anything like this?

Hey. This was really interesting. I am someone who oversleeps a lot due to stress and other factors. I have slept 14 hours on several weekends and it leaves me tired throughout the day and without energy. I would go to sleep in the early hours of the morning for no good reason. This is something I'm trying to change to improve my lifestyle.

ReplyDeleteHey, I removed my comment by accident. I wanted to tell you two tips to prevent over-sleeping. In the mornings, just count until 3 and jump from your bed. Work hard during the morning and then, around 3pm, take a lovely 1-hour nap. It works for me ;)
